All passport applications and payment are made ONLY through IREMBO. To apply for your passport. click on this link irembo.gov.rw/home/citizen/all_services , go to Immigration and Emigration section, select e-Passport application, and follow the procedures. Note: While applying for the passport, the applicant should remember to indicate that they are in Kenya.

After doing the application, the applicant receives a message or email informing them to go to the High Commission for biometrics. Note: Biometrics are on Friday (From 9:30am) ONLY, and by appointment. To book an appointment, call +254722207844 or send an email to consularkenya@embassy.gov.rw

Passports are processed in Rwanda, and applicants are contacted once they are ready for collection at the Rwanda High Commission.
